If you’re a fan of Dragonfire Racing and America’s armed forces, check out next week’s episode of Xtreme 4×4 on Spike TV. Unfamiliar with Xtreme 4×4? It’ a half-hour-long television show where the host, Ian Johnson (pictured below), walks viewers through how to build or modify vehicles in order to turn them into off-road-oriented rigs.
Recently, Xtreme 4×4 approached us to see if we’d be interested in helping out with their Injured Solider Giveaway, an episode of Xtreme 4×4 where a deserving member of our armed forces receives a top-of-the-line off-road rig featured on the same episode. For our part, we gladly donated aftermarket UTV parts and accessories for a Yamaha Rhino’s suspension, electronic control unit (ECU), and exhausts.
The episode of Xtreme 4×4 that features Dragonfire Racing products — officially called “Nominate a Hero UTV Giveaway” — airs next Saturday, May 1, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. on Spike TV, and will air a second time the following day — Sunday, May 2 — at 11:00 a.m.

I just wanted to say thanks for helping Extreme on this project I think the nominate a hero contest is awesome. I would love to see Extreme4X4 do more UTV build ups and trail testing in the future..
